The Saxon University of Applied Police Sciences (PolFH) is in charge of training police officers for the Free State of Saxony. Situated in the far most eastern corner of the Federal Republic of Germany it faces the problems of cross-border and transit crime, which require close cooperation with the neighbouring police forces, as well as a high degree of sensitivity in intercultural situations and language skills.
The Saxon University of Applied Police Sciences (PolFH) is the only training facility for police personnel in the region and as such is committed to offering a strong intercultural and language curriculum with an emphasis on English but including also Czech, Polish and Russian language training in further education. FormAzione Co&So Network is a consortium of ten social cooperatives located in the Italian province of Florence. FormAzione Co&So Network works on public procurement of institutions such as the municipality or the province and manages a variety of social services (e.g. job insertion, tutoring of people with disabilities, supporting integration measures addressed to migrants) on their behalf. The personnel of FCN consists of 10 employees but all together there are around 3,000 people working at our associated cooperatives. FCN is also a training agency accredited by the Region of Tuscany to develop training programmes, especially for disadvantaged groups such as refugees and asylum seekers.
FCN has been working in the field of EU funded projects since 2004, especially in the Erasmus+, AMIF, LLP, EIF and Daphne programme, both as promoter and partner. It is Quality Certified to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008.

The University of Plovdiv “Paisii Hilendarski” is the city’s leading teaching, research, scientific and cultural centre. The Esenler Vocational School was founded in 2011 and it has some departments in VET. The school has 80 teachers and 1,800 students. It has considerable experience in vocational education. The school especially concentrates on the textile, ICT, Electrical and Electronic sectors.
The school cooperates with both large and small companies in the private sector. The Esenler Vocational School is working with NGOs improving vocational education. The school students train in these companies three days a week in the last year of school.
Vocational education is four years in Turkey. The first year is a preparatory class. Then the students select their ownarea of their education. The school guidance service provides career counseling to the students.
